This is a space where we unlearn performance, lean into our edges, and remember how to relate with truth, courage, and playfulness. Whether you’re new to Acro or seasoned in somatic exploration, you’re invited to come as you are—and leave more connected to yourself and others.

At Acrotantra, we believe Acroyoga is more than a practice—it’s a tool for self-awareness, connection, and community building.
By combining partner acrobatics with Yoga principles—presence, breath, mindfulness, and body awareness—we create a space to explore patterns in communication, behavior, and nervous system responses.
Through embodied play, we safely express fears, desires, and boundaries, uncover new ways of showing up, and step more fully into who we want to be.

At AcroTantra, we see Tantra as a path of presence, wholeness, and embodied truth. It’s about reclaiming every part of ourselves—our light, our shadow, our pleasure, our pain—and meeting life with curiosity and care.
We weave this philosophy into our events through movement, breath, touch, and connection. Each practice becomes a portal to deeper awareness, authentic relating, and sacred play.
Tantra, for us, isn’t about performance or perfection. It’s about showing up—fully, honestly, and in connection—with self, other, and the moment.

We use AcroYoga as a tool for self-awareness, not performance. Through embodied exploration, we reveal patterns, access vulnerability, and build trust with ourselves and others.
Rooted in authenticity and sacred play, our mission is to support personal and relational transformation—offering tools that go beyond the mat and into everyday life. This is a space to feel, to be seen, and to rediscover intimacy through creativity, courage, and connection.

All of the people were amazing. I loved the shedding layers workshop. It had me confront my insecurities around nudity and embrace my body. The Wheel of Consent workshop rocked my world. I reconnected with myself and began learning my boundaries. I’m continuing practicing saying “No.”

I learned how to share intimacy in non sexual ways. In the past, I only reserved intimacy and vulnerability for sexual partners. The festival allowed me to open up to a whole new world of connection and play. Through surrendering to vulnerability and trust, I opened myself to more love and unity than I’ve ever felt in my life. I walked away from the festival with a lifelong community and a new perspective on intimacy.

My experience of Acrotantra was of love and connection with beautiful kindred souls. It was a place of home, of peace, of seeking, and growth that everyone should have the chance to share. The closing ceremony was one of the best community experiences of my life. It was deep, beautiful, and touching. My cup was filled until it overflowed with joy. I’m thankful to have lived through something so special. Thankful to have felt that I touched and was touched by so many lives.

One of the best weeks of my life! Wow, I feel like I grew so much! I now love acroyoga (hadn’t done it before) and I am constantly tapping into what my inner child and heart want to do. I released a lot of old emotion and felt my heart hugely open – to life, new possibilities, new ways of being, and to other people. This festival inspired me to continue being vulnerable, continue exploring tantra and breathwork, join an acroyoga group, and to keep searching for what sets my heart on fire. I’m incredibly grateful.

My first arrival at Gaia Temple was really challenging for me emotionally and energetically. I immediately bursted into tears in front of the people who were cuddling. There was just so much love for all. I was trying to understand and honestly, never in my life had I seen anything so beautiful. I felt so far from allowing myself all this love first for myself and allowing it for others. I grew and learned. My vision of life and love is completely transformed. It was so liberating!

The atmosphere was very calm, safe and contained. Generally I need a lot more alone time, especially during festivals. This was not the case this time and I actually felt recharged instead of drained. Experiencing the connection of Tantra and AcroYoga has allowed me to bring more consciousness to my own practice and into my daily life. It was an amazing and unique experience that left me feeling energized, grateful and connected – to myself as well as others.“

The quality of our life reflects the depth of our relationships — starting with ourselves. Here, we practice showing up raw, real, and beautifully human, dropping the masks that keep us safe yet separate. Through courage and openness, we move past the surface and create bonds that truly matter.
Acrotantra believes that emotional well-being flows from the ability to clearly express our needs, fears and desires and be deeply seen and heard in this process. Integral to our brand is our emphasis on integrating conscious communication practices such as Authentic Relating and Nonviolent Communication. These tools give us the foundation needed to feel safe expressing all aspects of ourselves and create soul level connections with others in short periods of time.
Sacred Play invites us to release the pressure of performance and step into a space where fun, creativity, and connection are the true goals. It’s an invitation to move beyond achievement-driven actions and rediscover the magic of being fully present. In this space, we connect with the purity of heart and spontaneous joy that children naturally embody — playing without judgment, competition, or expectation. Laughter becomes a language, curiosity becomes the compass, and the act of creating together becomes its own reward.
“Creativity is your intelligence having fun” – Albert Einstein
Like alchemists, we step into the hidden chambers of ourselves with curiosity, meeting both our light and our shadow with compassion. We begin by observing our patterns, noticing how they shape our choices and relationships. Through this awareness, we turn our wounds into superpowers, reclaiming the parts of ourselves we’ve hidden away under shame, perfectionism, childhood wounds, or fears of being “too much” or “not enough.” This is a space to meet your edges and discover the gold that lies within them. By embracing every facet of who we are, we step out of the loops that keep us small. From here, we rise into our next level of power, freedom, and wholeness.
Acrotantra is a playground for conscious connection and embodied transformation. We weave together the art of AcroYoga, authentic relating, and tantric principles to create experiences that go beyond the physical—inviting presence, vulnerability, and play.
Through movement, touch, and trust-based practices, we explore the landscapes of intimacy, shadow, and the inner child. Acro becomes more than a practice—it becomes a mirror, a ritual, and a powerful tool for self-discovery.

Jess, founder of Acrotantra, is a weaver of play, presence, and ancient wisdom, creating spaces where transformation feels both profound and joyful. Through her AcroYoga practice, she noticed a growing trend toward performance and competition — and felt called to offer something different.
Her work reminds people to slow down, connect deeply, and rediscover the pure fun of acro by being fully present rather than chasing perfection. For Jess, this practice is more than movement; it’s a tool that reveals our patterns, a bridge that deepens connection, and a powerful way to use playfulness, sacred silliness, and creativity as gateways to presence.
Rooted in gratitude and ceremony, her work inspires richer, more authentic, and more meaningful relationships — starting with the one we have with ourselves.
Ada, co-Founder of ACROTANTRA, is a Conscious Partnership & Intimacy Guide devoted to cultivating relationships that are emotionally rich, erotically alive, and deeply authentic.
She believes pleasure is the embodied path. Her work is rooted in the alchemy of shadow integration, pleasure activation, and somatic safety. She believes that the way we relate—to ourselves and each other—shapes the entire quality of our lives.
Through unmasking tools that dissolve shame, soften the inner critic, and reignite pleasure, she guides her clients into deeper connection and wholeness so they may get as much as possible out of this wild and precious life.
